Once you contact Renewing Hearts, you will receive a response within one business day.  Typically, we are able to schedule our clients within 1-2 weeks.  If you do not have a specific counselor/life coach with whom you are requesting to meet, you will be placed with a counselor/life coach that would best meet your needs or your time constraints. We will also email you your new client forms for you to complete and bring to your first appointment.

 

We offer appointments Monday-Friday and some of our team members offer appointments later in the evening and on Saturday.  We also offer in office and virtual appointments.  
 

Appointments will be scheduled from 50 minutes up to 1 1/2 hours depending on the suggestion of your counselor.  Our fees range from $85-$150 and will be discussed with your counselor when making your first appointment.  We do not accept insurance, but most health savings cards are accepted.  We also accept cash, check, credit card or Venmo.
